One on One Coaching Packages:
There are three package options to choose from, depending upon what you are looking to accomplish. Each package include a one-on-one weekly session of either 30 minutes, 45 minutes, or 60 minutes.
6-8 Hour Breakthrough Sessions:
A breakthrough is a singular event where we delve into some personal history to discover what it is that is preventing you from moving forward. Our entire past creates and drives our behaviors today. We delve into the background programs that are running you, such as the values in your wheel of life, limiting beliefs and decisions, and events that may have created negative emotional states of being.
