Effective communication, as a leader, is your responsibility. To be effective, you have to know how the receiver internally processes information. Be honest about what you don’t know. The old “fake it ’till you make it” adage is horrible advice. Seriously, why would you even want to pretend that you knew it all? What purpose would that serve? Remembering the History of Labor Day

Labor Day was brought about by protests (and violent riots). Working conditions in the United States were beyond sub-par. There were very little breaks (if any), hazardous working conditions, and people would work 12-hour days, every day.
